Trading Depot Deliveries

Despatch

Trading Depot will endeavour to despatch all product within 24 hours of receiving an order. In the unlikely event that we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your ordering with 72 hours we will notify you with an anticipated despatch date. If you would like to check whether we have something in stock, do not hesitate to contact us - please provide the part numbers and how many you require. We will email back for you to order on-line.

Delivery

We currently use Parcelforce for all our packaged items. For palletised goods we send the goods via Palletline. If you are not in when Parcelforce try to deliver, they will leave a note with you to contact them and where possible arrange re-delivery, pick up from the Parcelforce depot or via a local Post Office (this may involve a small additional charge by the Post Office).

Delivery Costs

Picking and Packing is always free of charge.

The cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on what zone we are delivering to.
We divide the UK into 3 different zones and aim to deliver all products within 48 hours. *

Zone 1: £4.95. – If the order value is £25 or above then the delivery will be free of charge.

Zone 1 covers England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands

Zone 2: £9.95. - If the order value is £75 or above the delivery will be free of charge.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Delivery standards are normally 3 working days excluding some outlying areas.

Zone 3: £14.95. – If the order value is £75 or above the delivery will be free of charge.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Tracking Your Order

Order tracking is available on all couriered items. You can track your order by clicking on the following link and typing in your tracking number. You will receive this number via email once your parcel has been dispatched. click here

* - If your item is a Special Order item, or is being delivered direct from the manufacturer, then delivery times may vary.
